Hong Kong billionaire Kar Po Law has an estimated net worth of over $5.3 billion as of November 2016 according to Forbes. He is ranked 13th according to Forbes list of 50 Richest People in Hong Kong. He is also the 248th richest person on the list of World Billionaires.

Coming from a family with apparel business, Kar Po Law has earned his estimated net worth of $2.6 billion from real estate and hotels. He is the owner of Lobo Investment, a company that invests in real estate and hotels such as Grand Park Orchard in Singapore. His strategy for success is to “buy very low, sell very high and pay close attention to Feng Shui.” His wealth was up by more than $1 billion compared to last year as the values of real estate and hotels keep soaring.

Mr. Law’s other current projects include the luxury De Yucca villas in the northern Hong Kong mountain location. It used to be a romantic hot spot for couples in the 1950's and 1960's.
