American businessman William Wrigley has an estimated net worth of $2.5 billion as of April 2016 according to Forbes. He currently serves as the director of Wrigley Management Inc.

Currently based in North Palm Beach Florida, William Wrigley is a graduate of Duke University. He is married and has three children. In 2012, he reportedly sold over $12 million worth of properties in Chicago which include his Lake Forest mansion.

After graduation, he moved to Seattle to help his friend in launching the latter's business. Eventually, he returned to Chicago and became his father's assistant. When his father died in 1999, he replaced his position.

In 2008, he oversaw the sale of the family business for $23 billion to Mars. The sale transaction led to the creation of the largest candy company in the world. In January 2010, he stepped down as the Chairman of Wrigley Management Inc.
