American entrepreneur Thomas Tull has an estimated net worth of $550 million in 2012. He is best recognized as the founder of the Barbunk, California-based Legendary Pictures, Inc. where he also serves as the chief executive officer. Legendary Pictures Inc. is considered as one of the earliest companies that have raised its capital through hedge fund backing and private equity agreements. Some of the company's investors include AIG Direct Investments, Columbia Capital, Bank of America Capital Investors,  ABRY Partners, M/C Venture Partners and Falcon Investment Advisors.
