Theo Epstein is the President of Baseball Operations for the Chicago Cubs of Major League Baseball (MLB) with an estimated net worth of $25 million.
In 2002, the Red Sox made him the youngest General Manager in the history of Major League Baseball by hiring him at the age of 28. In 2004, he was general manager of the club that won the first World Series championship by the Red Sox in 86 years and was in the position when the team won a second in the 2007 season. Epstein resigned in October 2005 but was rehired as GM and Executive Vice President on January 24, 2006.
