It has 413,000 employees in 80 countries and supplies food to the U.S. Marine Corps as well as in prisons, public hospitals in New York City and university campuses in the U.S. It also organizes catering for major events such as the Ryder Cup, the Dakar Road Rally, and the World Scout Jamboree.
