Moroccan real estate businessman Miloud Chaabi has an estimated net worth of $800 million as of February 2016, according to Forbes. He owns Aswak Assalam supermarkets and the Riad Mogador hotel chain in Morocco which is known to ban alcoholic beverages. With his over 40 billion dirhams net worth, Miloud Chaabi is hailed by Forbes as one of wealthiest persons in Morocco. He also founded Ynna Holding.

Born in 1929 in Morocco, Miloud Chaabi is currently married with six children. One of his children, Asma Chaâbi, has been serving as the mayor of Essaouira  City since 2003.

It was in 1948 when he built his first construction company. Eventually, he became interested in the ceramic industry and by 1964, he had his own ceramic company. Later on, he acquired the Yeyeena group which emerged as one of Morocco's most powerful groups. It was in 1998 when he launched the Al-Salam shopping chain and a year later, he launched the Riyad Mogador hotel chain.
