Taiwanese businessman Lin Yu-lin has an estimated net worth of $5.54 billion as of March 2017, according to Bloomberg.

This 77-year old businessman is now considered as one of the wealthiest landlords in Taipei. He is the owner of Hung Tai Group which also owns the Xinyi-based Exchange Square I and II. He also owns spaces in Hung Tai Center and Hung Tai Financial Center  which he offers for sale. Furthermore, he holds investments in Hontai Life Insurance and Hung Tai Construction.

His brother Lin Rong San also made it to Forbes list of wealthiest men in Taipei in 2013. Lin Yu-lin is married with seven children.
