American businessman Kelcy Warren has an estimated net worth of $2.7 billion as of April 2016 according to Forbes.

Born in Dallas, Texas, Kelcy Warren is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in civil engineering in 1978. After graduation, he worked for Lone Star Gas Company then Endevco. From 1989 to 1990, he worked for Cornerstone Natural Gas as the company's Executive Vice-President and from 1993 through 1996, he served as the firm's chief executive officer and president. Since 2007, he has been serving as the co-CEO and co-Chairman of Energy Transfer Partners.
