Together with his brother Nahman, Isak Andic is the co-founder of a Spanish fashion group known as Mango. Upon his return from a vacation in 1972, Isak Andic sold T-shirts to his friends at a price double its cost. In 1984, he decided to open his first Mango store in Barcelona. After a year, he was able to open 5 new stores in Catalan and 1 store in Valencia. Today, the world witnesses the dramatic success of Mango with more than 2000 stores located in over 100 countries.

In 2012, the company was involved in a controversy which earned around 19,000 votes to reinstate an employee who became pregnant during her employment. The company argues that the employee was dismissed because she wasn't able to pass the "test period". Isak Andic remained mum regarding the issue.
