Don Peebles was born on March 2, 1960 in Washington, D.C. Initially, he studied at Rutgers University where he took his pre-med. However, he wasn't able to finish his degree. Instead, he became an appraiser and real estate agent in Washington DC. At age 23, he was able to establish his own commercial and residential real estate appraisal firm, the RDP Corporation. Currently, Don Peebles is a major stakeholder in Las Vegas' Mardi Gras Hotel & Casino.
