Russian businessman Dmitry Kamenshchik has an estimated net worth of $3.3 billion as of April 2016, according to Forbes.

Along with his business partner, Valery Kogan, Dmitry Kamenshchik currently owns the Domodedovo Airport which is considered as Russia's largest airport. As of last year, the airport has served approximately 28 million passengers. In 2011, DME Limited, the managing company of the airport, filed for an IPO but decided later to cancel the plan. Today, there are rumors that Domodedovo Airport is up for sale.

Originating from Russia, Dmitry Kamenshchik is a graduate of Moscow State University  with a degree in philosophy. It was in 1992 when he started his business by chartering planes that transport goods from China to Russia. Shortly, the business grew significantly and later on, he built a cargo terminal in the Domodedovo Airport. Subsequently, he became one of the owners of the entire airport. In 1999-2000, the airport had a major reconstruction and shortly, it became the largest airport in Russia.
