British businessman and luxury property developer Christian Candy has an estimated net worth of $1.1 billion in 2012.

Of Greek ancestry, Christian Candy attended King's College London where he completed his Business Management degree. Together, Christian and Nick started their empire with $9300 which their grandmother loaned to them in 1995. They used the money to purchase  a one-bedroom apartment in London which was worth $190,000.

In 1999, Christian and his brother founded Candy & Candy, where Nick served as the chief executive officer. Candy & Candy specializes in producing ultra luxurious interior design and creating real estate development.
