Chinese businessman Chen Jianhua has an estimated net worth of $1.76 billion as of April 2016 according to Forbes. Chen Jianhua was born in Lufeng, Shanwei, Guangdong in January 1956. He is an alumnus of Nanjing Normal University and is currently married. He owns the Tongli Lake Resort  found in Wujiang, Jiangsu Province. The property features eight villas the contain 110 rooms.
