Andrei Skoch has an estimated net worth of $4.9 billion. He was previously hailed by Forbes as the 255th richest billionaires in the world today and he ranks 28th in Russia's richest people. He is in fact considered as the richest member of the Russian parliament.
He is barely forty years old when he acquired his first billion and today, he is one of the richest Metalloinvest billionaires. Andrei Skoch and Lev Kvetnoi joined the metallurgical business of the billionaire Alisher Usmanov where he was assigned to Lebedinsky Mining while Kvetnoi was assigned to Oskol Metal Works. The two firms were later merged with a third firm which formed the Metalloinvest Conglomerate. Kvetnoi later decided to sell out but Skoch remained Usmanov's partner.
