Canadian businessman Alex Shnaider has an estimated net worth of $1.5 billion. The Russian-born businessman previously worked as a commodities trader. He is known as one of the founders of Midland Group, an international investment holding and trading company which he co-founded with Eduard Shifrin.

Along with Donald Trump, Alex Shnaider worked in the construction of Trump International Hotel and Tower, which is found in Toronto, Canada.
