Mr. Rosenblatt was born on April 6, 1969 in Woodland Hills, California. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and his J.D. from the University of South California Law School. He then worked at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in LA but left the job after six months because of boredom.
Rosenblatt has founded and sold many internet media companies including iMALL, DrKoop.com, Superdudes.net and Intermix Media (formerly eUniverse, Inc.). He then co-founded Demand Media with private executive Shawn Colo and was launched in May 2006. With $120 million in equity, it has announced the acquisition of eNom, Inc. and eHow.com. As of March 2008, the company has gained a total amount of equity to $355 million.
Demand Media is the owner of several websites such as eHow and Golflink.com. In January 2008, it partnered with Lance Armstrong and his foundation (LAF) to build out LIVESTRONG.com, a daily health, lifestyle and fitness destination.

He is a co-owner of many Southern California nightclubs including Air Conditioned which was first established in 2002 in San Diego. Two other bars are at located in Venice and Santa Monica.
