Currently working as one of the hosts of Morning Joe which is aired on MSNBC, Willie Geist is an American TV personality with an estimated net worth of $2 million as of 2012. He is also known to be one of the anchors of Today Show. 

William Russell Geist was born on May 3, 1975  in Evanston, Illinois, United States. He was born to a social worker, and a columnist, author and news correspondent. After attending Ridgewood High School, he decided to take a degree at Vanderbilt University. He is currently married to Christina Sharkey with whom he has a son named George William and daughter Lucie Joy.

Willie Geist's journalism career started at CNN Sports Illustrated where he worked as producer and editor. Later on, he got to work for CNN Sports as a reporter and field producer. There, he was able to cover special events like The NCAA Final Four, The Masters and  The Super Bowl.

In April 2005, he started working for  MSNBC television as The Situation with Tucker Carlson's senior producer. Willie Geist has also hosted shows like Morning Joe, Way Too Early with Willie Geist, Scarborough Country and Zeitgeist.
