Nathan Morris is an American singer, songwriter, and businessperson who has an estimated net worth of $60 million. Born Nathan Bartholomew Morris on June 18, 1971 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he began at a young age to sing at his church choir then started auditioning for the Creative and Performing Arts at his Philadelphia High School.
Nathan also studied photography and has a degree in web design and computer programming. He owns Behind the School Studios in Downtown, Philadelphia. He is a singer who sings soprano and baritone as well as a business man. One of his famous works is the Wishes, which was used for the movie Kazaam from Touchstone Pictures.
Morris is best known as the eldest and founding member of the American R&B vocal group together with March Nelson during high school. Along with other members, Wanya Morris and Shawn Stockman, who sing tenor, the trio is famous for its emotional ballads and a cappella harmonies. The group found fame during the 1990s when they worked with Motown Records as a quartet. They included bass Michael McCary, but he left the group in 2003 due to health issues. Among their notable songs include It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye To Yesterday, End of the Road, I'll Make Love to You, One Sweet Day (with Mariah Carey), and On Bended Knee.
