British record producer, musician, rapper and disc jockey Fatboy Slim has an estimated net worth of $30 million.
Known for his stage name Fatboy Slim, Norman Quentin Cook was born on July 31, 1963, in Bromley, Kent, England. Fatboy Slim’s name rose to prominence in the 1980s when he became a part of the indie rock band The Housemartins. When the group disbanded, he formed the Beats International. The band’s debut album spawned the single titled "Dub Be Good to Me" which became a #1 hit in the UK. In 1990, it became the seventh bestselling single in the United Kingdom.
It was in 1996 when Cook adopted his stage name Fatboy Slim. It was followed by the release of Better Living Through Chemistry. Subsequently, it was followed by the release ofHalfway Between the Gutter and the Stars, Baby, and You've Come a Long Way, as well as the release of singles titled "Right Here Right Now", “Weapon of Choice”, "Praise You” and "The Rockafeller Skank".
Throughout his entire career as a musician, Fatboy Slim has already won two Brit Awards and ten MTV Video Music Awards. He is the founder of The Brighton Port Authority project.
