American singer, actress, model and formerly a member of Destiny's Child,Farrah Destiny Franklin has an estimated net worth of $1.5 million.

Born Farrah Destiny Franklin on May 3, 1981 in Fresno, California to an Italian father and an African American mother.

In 2000, she joined the multi-platinum girl group Destiny's Child. She and Michelle Williams were introduced in the music video for "Say My Name", replacing original members LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson. She also appeared in the music video for "Jumpin' Jumpin'" and her vocals can be heard on "Independent Women Part 1 (vocals were removed from the album version)", "Jumpin' Jumpin" (Azza's remix + WMBA Version), and "Dance With Me".

Five months after joining Destiny's Child, Franklin was dismissed from the group. In 2005, Franklin embarked on a solo career.

Franklin has appeared in the feature films Trippin and The Brewster Project. Currently, she is slated to star in the forthcoming independent horror film, Eyes of Darkness. She also appeared in the Mr. Cheeks video, "Crush On You". Farrah is slated to release her debut album sometime in 2011.
