Barbara Ann Mandrell is an American actress, country music singer, and musician with a net worth of $45 million. She is famous for a series of TV shows and top-10 hits from the 1970s and 1980s that helped her become one of the USA's most successful female vocalists during that time. They inducted her into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2009, and she became a member of the Grand Ole Opry.

Mandrell became the first performer to win the "Entertainer of the Year" award twice from the Country Music Association. She also became the "Female Vocalist of the Year" from 1979 to 1981.

The first Billboard number-one hit of Mandrell was 1978's "Sleeping Single in a Double Bed." The song "(If Loving You Is Wrong) I Don't Want to Be Right" immediately followed the next year. In 1980 her song "Years" quickly became a number one. Her signature song was "I Was Country When Country Wasn't Cool." The songs "One of a Kind, Pair of Fools" and "Till You're Gone" both reached the number one between 1981 and 1983. It was also during this period when Mandrell received a lot of industry accolades and awards.

Barbara had a former mansion, located in Whites Creek, Tennessee. It turned into a tourist attraction that has a hotel, an outdoor music venue, an indoor shooting range, and a restaurant.
