Ann Wilson is an American musician who has an estimated net worth of $18 million. She is the lead singer for the rock band Heart. She is also the flute player, songwriter, and occasional guitarist of the band. Born Ann Dustin Wilson on June 19, 1950 in San Diego, California, she frequently moved with her family due to his father's military career. They turned to music in order to maintain a sense of home until they settled in Bellevue in Seattle, Washington.
Wilson used to stutter and was shy so music became her fulfillment. She joined the local band White Heart in the 1970s, which later changed its name to Hocus Pocus, then Heart in 1974. Their first solo album entitled “Hope and Glory” was released in 2007 which gained her enormous wealth. She composed songs like “The Best Man in the Morld” for the movie The Golden Child.
The rock music history has always praised Ann Wilson as one of the best female vocalists with a sensational knowledge of heavy metal music. She clubbed with her sister, Nancy Wilson, and started Bad Animals, a recording studio in Seattle. Apart from the mainstream music, Wilson also had a side band called "The Lovemongers" that performed tributary cover songs and composed for movies.
