Samantha Perelman is the daughter of Ronald Perelman to his second wife, Claudia Cohen. She is their only child, but has seven other siblings from her father’s side. The couple divorced in 1994 and Claudia took an estimated $80 million.

Samantha was born to a wealthy family. Her mother is the daughter of Robert B. Cohen, the founder of the Hudson Media empire with a value of around $800 million. She is the biggest beneficiary of her mother’s estate after she died in 2007 due to ovarian cancer. Her grandfather, the founder of Hudson media, passed away in 2012 at the age of 86.
