Megan Martha White, commonly known as Meg White is an American musician who has an estimated net worth of $20 million. She rose to fame with the rock duo The White Stripes where she was drummer and backing singer.

Meg White was born on 10 December 1974 in Detroit, Michigan, United States. She first found music when she started playing the drums with her then husband Jack White, they then decided to form a rock duo called The Red and White Stripes, which then became the critically acclaimed White Stripes. They both met when Meg worked in a bar, where Jack (known then as John Anthony Gillis) was already a singer/songwriter.

Meg White's other achievements is being in a segment of the film Coffee and Cigarettes which was in 2003. She is also a keen photographer and enjoys photographing animals which are said to inspire her. She also guest starred in an episode of The Simpsons.
