David Bryan is an American musician and songwriter who has an estimated net worth of $120 million. He has acquired his net worth from writing and providing backing vocals for several Bon Jovi hits and has also contributed to the success of the Broadway musical Memphis. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Bon Jovi in 2018.
Bryan got his inspiration from his father who played the trumpet. He later learned how to play the piano, viola, violin and clarinet. He became a keyboard player for a band called Transition, working with bass player Steve Sileo and lead singer Mike Ziegel. And, later in the early eighties, he joined the biggest rock group of all times, the Bon Jovi. He served as the keyboardist and backing vocalist in the band.
He co-wrote "Love Lies" and "Breakout" for the band in its first album called Bon Jovi in 1984. This album received a lot of positive reviews and was ranked eleventh best rock album in the US in the same year. He also co-wrote the musical Memphis alongside Joe DiPietro which had its way at Broadway debut in 2002. Since then, Memphis became a fixture at Broadway and Drama Desk Awards.
