Stevie J’s vocal and music talent led the founder and president of Bad Boy Entertainment, Sean “Diddy” Combs, to give him a contract in the early 90s. After a while, he began producing 112’s first albums but his career improved significantly with his work with Notorious BIG.
He produced Biggie’s second album entitled B.I.G.: Life After Death with tracks like “Mo Money Mo Problems” and “Notorious Thugs,” which sold over 20 million copies. With Stevie’s works on Mariah Carey’s “Honey” in her “ Butterfly” album, won him a Grammy Award.
