Michael Moye is an American photographer, producer and a writer who has an estimated net worth of $65 million. Born Michael George Moye on August 11, 1954 in New Haven, Connecticut, he is mostly recognized for his writing skills.

Moye started his career in the year 1977 as a staff writer on Good Times. He has written several 80s sitcoms such as 227, Good Times, The Jeffersons and Different Strokes. He co-developed Silver Spoon as well as co-created with and wrote the series Married... with Children which was one of his best works with Ron Leavitt. The series was created in the year 1987 for Fox network and ran for eleven seasons leading to 25 episodes. He also appeared partly on the screen.

He, however, retired from the television in the year 1995 and engaged in avid coral reef aquarium hobbyist as well as photography.
