Jamie Palumbo is a British entrepreneur, author and politician who has an estimated net worth of $250 million. He is the co-founder and present day chairman of Ministry of Sound Group-International, the night club and music business.

Before opening this recording sound in South London in September 1991, James worked in the City for Morgan Grenfell, Hambro Magan and Merrill Lynch. Since its introduction, this night club has expanded into various areas including bars, merchandise, consumer electronics, live events and beauty. James Rudolph Palumbo, Baron Palumbo of Southwark, was born on June 6, 1963 in London, England. He is the son of Peter Palumbo, Baron Palumbo, who is a property developer. He had an estranged relationship with his dad and even engaged him in legal battle over family Trust mismanagement. He lives in London with Rawipim Paijit, his Thai friend of 30 years. He has a son (Allesandro) born to Atoosa Hariri (Iranian mother). Jamie also has various friends in politics.
