Naomie Harris started her acting career when she was nine, and has appeared in film and television.

She was became known for her lead performance in the film, 28 Days Later in 2002. In the same year, she starred in the television adaptation of Zadie Smith's White Teeth.

Harris has been appeared in films such as Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, and Michael Mann's Miami Vice.

In 2008, Harris starred in Channel 4's adaptation of the novel Poppy Shakespeare and appeared in BBC's historical drama Small Island in December 2009.

Harris also did stage plays as she portrayed as Elizabeth Lavenza in Danny Boyle's stage production of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein for the National Theatre in 2011.

She became a Bond girl in 2012, playing Eve Moneypenny in the film Skyfall. Harris was the voiceover for the "Boss Nuit Pour Femme" ad starring actress Gwyneth Paltrow.
