Marco Pierre White was born on 11th December, 1961 in Leeds, Yorkshire, England. He is a British celebrity chef, television personality and a restaurateur. He has a net worth of $40 Million. Marco is best known for his contributions to contemporary international cuisine. He is called the “Godfather” of modern cooking. Marco remains the youngest chef to receive three Michelin Stars. He is known for his French and British cuisine. He has trained chefs such as Curtis Stone and Gordon Ramsay.

Marco completed his training as a chef in 1987, and soon, he opened Harvey’s in Wandsworth Common, London. Here he won his first Michelin star. He also won the second Michelin star in 1988 over here. Then he became the chef patron of The Restaurant Marco Pierre White in the dining room at Hyde Park Hotel, which is now the Mandarin Oriental. Here he won his third Michelin star. At the age of 33, he had become the youngest and the first British chef to receive three Michelin stars. He had many chefs working under him. But he retired in 1999 and returned his Michelin stars.

White has been married three times. His first marriage was to Alex McArthur. They dated for a year and then married in 1988. His second wife was the model Lisa Butcher. They got engaged just three weeks after they met. They married in 1992. White has said that he loved her looks so much, that he forgot the personality. Marco confessed later that this marriage was a mistake. The marriage lasted for only 15 weeks. His third relationship was with Matilde Conejero. This relation gave him two sons. However this time too it didn’t work. They finally split in 2007.
