Joe (Joseph Francis) Buck was born on 25th April 1969. He is an American sportscaster with a net worth of $15 Million. Joe’s wealth has come from being a reporter for the reputed KNOX, KMOV and the ESPN radio over the years. Born in St. Petersburg, this 47 year old reporter is the son of the reputed sportscaster Jack Buck. Although he was born in St. Petersburg, but Joe was actually raised in St. Louis. He attended the St. Louis Country Day School and went to the Indiana University later. He ventured into broadcasting early. He was unable to finish his graduation from the university because of this.

Joe did some small-time broadcasting work for the KMOX and the KMOV radio before he joined the FOX network. It was the hiring by FOX network in 1994 that really kick-started his career. He became the youngest broadcaster to announce the National Football League (NFL) games on television. From then on, he has broadcasted every major NFL show on television such as the “Major League Baseball” and “Fox NFL”.

In 2009, Buck agreed to host a sports talk show starring himself for HBO – it was called “Joe Buck Live”. He also appeared as a guest on talk shows such as “Late Night” that was hosted by Conan O’Brien and in many commercials for the National Car Rental, Holiday Inn and Budweiser. Joe got these offers because of his popularity and recognition on television.

In 2011, Joe was diagnosed with a virus on his left vocal cord that drastically reduced his ability to speak. Despite this condition, he still continued to broadcast for the 2011 game. After an operation, he resumed his position as the networks lead announcer.
