Gerald Patrick Mathers or Jerry Mathers is an American actor who performs on television, stage and films. Jerry has a net worth of $7 Million as of March 2012. He has earned his wealth from his acting career, and also from the few songs that he has recorded.

Jerry is best known for his role in the 1957 sitcom “Leave it to Beaver” which was aired till 1963. He is originally from Iowa. His father was a school principal. Jerry made his acting debut at the age of 2. He appeared in a commercial for PET milk in which he walked in bathroom diaper with a cowboy boots and hat.

In the year 1954, Jerry hit the big screen with the movie “This is My Love”. This was followed by Men of the fighting Lady. 1955 came up with The Seven Little Foys, and The Trouble with Harry. He decided to take a leave to continue his high school. In the year 1978, he came back to the industry. He again appeared on screen with the 1987 film, It’s Howdy Doody Time, which was followed by Down The Drain (1990), Sexual Malice (1994), Playing Patti (1998), and Better Luck Tomorrow (2002).

Jerry has done numerous stage shows but finally in 2007 he made his debut in Broadway with the Hairspray. There was 90% attendance on the house opening, but gradually it went up to a full attendance. In 2009 and 2010, he was the spokesman of PhRMA, an organization that helps patients with financial urgencies. Now divorced, he was married to his second wife Rhonda for 14 years and has three children – one son and two daughters.
