Born Elisabeth Singleton Moss on July 24, 1982 in Los Angeles, California. She went on to make her first appearance on screen in the year 1990 in the show Lucky/Chances. From 1992 till 1995, she appeared in the TV series Picket Fences as Cynthia Parks, which became a hit globally.
Moss is also a voice artist and has provided her voice in an animated film Once Upon a Forest. In 1994, she worked in the film Imaginary Crimes. Elisabeth Moss had a small role in the movie Mumford for which she was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award in 2004. She also had a role in the series Invasion. In 2007, she worked in one episode of Grey’s Anatomy titled My Favorite Mistake.
Moss married Fred Armisen on October 25, 2009. The couple got married in Long Island City, New York,but they split on May 13, 2011 after just about two years.
