Daphne Guinness, born on 9th November 1967, is a British designer with Irish roots. Daphne’s estimated net worth stands at an impressive $100 million. She is best known as a fashion icon, fashion designer, and writer of fashion articles. Daphne has also directed a couple of videos, most notably “Cashback”, which was nominated at the Academy Awards in 2004.

She was born in Hampstead, London and is the direct descendant of Arthur Guinness, the famous 18th Century beer inventor. Daphne was introduced to the world of arts, literature, and music by aunt Jessica, who quickly realized that she had a great talent for this.

Daphne has since then been very successful as a designer, model and also as an art collector. She has grabbed attention for her style and artistic performances. Guinness has been on the front cover for two editions of Vogue Italia. She was also on the cover of Zoo Magazine, which won the best fashion story of the year award in 2011. It was photographed by Bryan Adams. Daphne has tried her hand with acting as well. She has worked in the film “The Legend of Lady White Snake” that is based on an ancient Chinese legend. Over the years, Guinness has worked with some of the famous names such as Philip Treacy, MAC and Karl Lagerfeld. She has been inducted into the International Best Dresses Hall of Fame for being the best-dressed women in the world.

Daphne married Spyros Niarchos in 1987 and had three children with him – two boys named Nicolas and Lex, and a daughter named Ines Sophia. She divorced Spyros in 1999 and is now in a relationship with Bernard Henri Levy, a French philosopher. They made the relationship public in 2008.
