Mary Jean "Lily" Tomlin is an American producer, songwriter, actress and comedian with a net worth of $15 million. She was born on September 1, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan and attended Skyline High School in Michigan prior to joining the entertainment industry in 1960. She became famous after emerging as the American’s youngest female stand up comedian in the early 1960’s. Since then, she has featured in several films namely Nashville, Orange County, 9 to 5, I Heart Huckabees, All of Me, and The Beverly Hillbillies.

In addition to being a comedian, she has also featured in several television shows in 1970’s namely The West Wing, The Magic School Bus, and Murphy Brown.
