She is now currently portraying the role of Lyndsey McElroy, Alan Harper’s girlfriend in the hit TV show “Two and a Half Men”. Courtney entered the show in season 7 and is now contracted for all the remaining seasons from season 8 to 10. She was nominated for the Best Performance in a Comedy Series Award for “Ally McBeal” in 1998, and eventually won the award in 1999. She was also nominated for the same category in 2000. Besides acting, Courtney works as an occasional author as well. She has written a novel titled “Outside In”. It was published in 2007 in New York by Broadway Brooks.
