Frank Vincent is an American entrepreneur, author, musician, and actor best recognized for his appearance in Martin Scorsese films such as Casino, Goodfellas, and Raging Bull. He is also noted for his appearance on The Sopranos, an HBO series where he played the role of Boss Phil Leotardo.

An accomplished trumpet, drum and piano player, Vincent initially desired to pursue a career in music. In 1976, he turned to acting. Along with Joe Pesci, he starred on The Death Collector. He also appeared on The Sopranos, This Thing of Ours, The Tested, and Chicago Overcoat.
