Andrew McLean "Drew" Galloway IV was born on June 6, 1985. He is a Scottish professional wrestler signed to WWE. Andrew performs in their developmental territory NXT with the ring name Drew McIntyre. Drew is famous for his time in Impact Wrestling that was formerly known as Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). He became a one-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion and a one-time Impact Grand Champion under his real name. Andrew extensively worked with lots of independent wrestling promotions including Evolve, Insane Championship Wrestling and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, and WhatCulture Pro Wrestling (WCPW). In WCPW, he is the longest-reigning world champion with a net worth of $550 thousand.

Drew held the WWE Tag Team and Intercontinental Championships once each. He also won the FCW Florida Tag Team Championship and the FCW Florida Heavyweight Championship. It happened on two occasions for the pre-NXT. It was the Florida Championship Wrestling developmental brand. He also held numerous titles outside WWE. These were both from the international and independent circuits. The multi-time world champion held the TNA World Heavyweight Championship once. Galloway started training for professional wrestling when he was only 15. It happened at the Frontier Wrestling Alliance Academy when his family moved to the Portsmouth, south of England. The promotion's operator, Mark Sloan, trained him at the FWA Academy. It happened with James Tighe and Justine Richards. Galloway also cited that the established stars of the promotion helped out with the training. They were the established stars of the promotion namely Alex Shane, Paul Burchill, and Doug Williams.
