Considered as one of the "most successful motorcycle racers of all time", Valentino Rossi is a professional Italian motorcycle racer with an estimated net worth of $120 million as of 2012.

Born on February 16, 1979, Valentino Rossi followed the path of his father Graziano Rossi, by joining in the 1996 Grand Prix. A year later, he won his first championship for Aprilia. In 2001, he won the 500cc World Championship  for Honda, and in 2002 and 2003, he won the MotoGP World Championships. He continue to won in 2004 and 2005 but left Honda for Yamaha where he won the title again in 2008 and 2009. In 2011, he left Yamaha for Ducati and in 2012, it was reported that he will race for Yamaha during the 2013 and 2014 seasons.
