American Tim Hassellbeck has an estimated net worth of $12 million. Born Timothy Thomas Hasselback on April 6, 1978 in Norfolk, Massachusetts, he attended and played high school football at Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Massachusetts. In his three high school seasons, he threw for over 4,700 yards and 50 touchdowns. As a senior, he threw for 1,970 yards and 21 touchdowns, and ran for five touchdowns. He was named Player of the Year by both the Boston Globe and Boston Herald, Gatorade New England Player of the Year, and earned All-American honors from USA Today at the end of the season. He attended Boston College and graduated with a degree in marketing. He played for the Boston College Eagles football team from 1996-2000. His older brother, Matt, was the starting quarterback that he later on held.

Hasselbeck was signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2001. In 2002, he was signed to the Philadelphia Eagles practice squad as a free agent. He served as a backup quarterback from 2003-2004 for the Washington Redskins. He then signed up with the New York Giants from 2005-2006 as a backup for Eli Manning. He began playing for the Arizona Cardinals in 2007 but only appeared in one game. He has also spent short periods with the Baltimore Ravens and the Carolina Panthers. However, he never made it to the field for both teams. In the same year, he began working as a football analyst for ESPN and its affiliates.
