Golden Tate is an American football player which has an estimated net worth of $9.2 million.

Golden Tate began his career when he was playing for the Pope John Paul II High School. During his stint with the team, he was named as Tennessee Division II first-team all-state pick in 2006.

In college, he joined the Notre Dame Fighting Irish from 2007 to 2009. Tate won the Biletnikoff Award and earned uninanimous first-team American in 2009.

Then, in 2010, Tate was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks during the second round, 60th overall in the NFL Draft. He signed a four-year deal with the team. During his stay with the Seahawks, he led the team winning the Super Bowl XLVIII. On March 12, 2014, Tate signed a five-year contract with the Detroit Lions.
