Jose Calderon is a Spanish professional basketball player which has an estimated net worth of $48 million.

Jose Calderon played for Lucemtum Alicante. When he moved to Baloncesto Fuenlabrada in 2001, he averaged 9.7 points, and 1.7 assists in 18 minutes per game. He signed with Tau Vitoria, and stayed for three seasons with the team.

When he landed a spot in NBA in 2003, he did not entered thru the draft process. Calderon was persuaded by former Toronto Raptors General Manager Rob Babcock to sign with the team. He stayed with the team for seven seasons.

Calderon was traded off to Detroit Pistons in January 2013.  He did 11.3 points and 7.1 assists per game for the entire season. Six months later, he signed a contract with Dallas Mavericks.

Barely a year after his stint with the Mavericks, he moved to New York Knicks via a trade option between the two teams.
