Jannero Pargo debuted on the NBA as a free agent. After Lakers released him in Season 2003-2004, Jannero was signed by the Toronto Raptors.

After playing for Dynamo Moscow, a Russian league team, in 2007-2008 NBA season, and Olympiacos Piraeus, a Greek Club, in 2009, Jannero Pargo joined the NBA when he signed an almost $2 million contract with the Chicago Bulls. In 2010, he was signed by the New Orleans Hornets even before the regular season has started due to his slow recovery from a knee injury.

In March 2011, he signed with the Chicago Bulls again and in December of the same year, he signed with the Atlanta Hawks. In October 2012, he played for the Washington Wizards.
