Miesha Tate is an American mixed martial artist with an estimated net worth of $2 million.

Miesha Tate began her career in high school when she joined the boys' wrestling team.  She won the high school women's state championship and also in the nationals at the World Team Trials for the 158 lb division.

Upon the encouragement of her friend, Rosalia Watson, she joined a mixed martial arts club at the Central Washington University. Tate amassed 5-1 amateur record before her debut as a professional MMA artist.

She debuted in mixed martial arts in 2007, as Tate defeated Jan Finney during the HOOKnSHOOT Women's Grand Prix. After a year, she joined Strikeforce, then fought against Elaina Maxwell during the Strikeforce: Melendez vs Thomson.

Tate's stint with Strikeforce became successful and in February 2013, she transferred to Ultimate Fighting Championship. Aside from being an MMA artist, she also appeared in a mixed martial arts documentary, Fight Life and pose nude in 2013 ESPN Body Issue.

Miesha Theresa Tate was born on August 18, 1986 in Tacoma, Washington. She is dating fellow UFC fighter, Bryan Caraway.
