Peter Budaj is a Slovak professional ice hockey player for Montreal Canadiens which has an estimated net worth of $2 million.

Peter Budaj started his path as an ice hockey player when he played for the Colorado Avalanche. He was chosen in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft, first pick and 63rd overall. Prior to his stint with the Avalanche, he appeared in Hershey Bears and Toronto St. Michael's Majors.

During the 2008-2009 season, he was named starting goalie for the team. Budaj reached the 100 NHL career wins in 2011.  He earned two years extension for the Canadiens on July 1, 2011. Then in 2013, he extended his stay for two years for the team.
