Mark Recchi is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player for Boston Bruins with an estimated net worth of $44 million.
Mark Recchi began his career when he played for the junior hockey for the Kamloops Blazers. When he drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins and one of the key players during the Stanley Cup in 1991. He was traded to the Philadelphia Flyers after the 1991 season. He was known as one of the members of the "Crazy Eights", along with Eric Lindros and Brent Fedyk.
He was traded to the Montreal Canadiens in 1995 and did a comeback to the Flyers during the 1998-99 season. Recchi was a finalist to receive the Lester B. Pearson trophy for the NHL Players' Association MVP.
In 2004, he re-signed to play for the Penguins as a free agent. With the no-trade clause that Recchi waived, he was sent to play with the Carolina Hurricanes. He led the team to win the Stanley Cup in 2006.
During the remaining years in his career, he returned to Pittsburgh Penguins in 2007, then Recchi signed for a year with the Tampa Bay Lightning and re-signed with the Bruins in 2009. Upon his retirement, he is the co-owner of the Kamloops Blazers.
Mark Louis Recchi was born on February 1, 1968 in Kamloops, British Columbia. He has six children, and is currently on a relationship with Kimberly Lazur, his girlfriend of five years.
