Marian Hossa is a Slovak ice hockey player which has an estimated net worth of $6.6 million.

Marian Hossa began his career in 1996 when he played for the HC Trensin where he stayed with for one season. During the 1997 NHL Entry Draft, he was chosen by the Otttawa Senators as the first round, 12th overall overall pick. On the same year, he was drafted by the Canadian Hockey League for Portland Winter Hawks.

While with the Winter Hawks, he became the recipient of the Jim Piggott Memorial Trophy as WHL rookie of the year, and led the team the team to win the President's Cup and Memorial Cup in 1998.

Despite his injury, Hossa joined the Senators during the 1998-1999 season. During the 2004-2005 NHL lockout season, he spend his time in Europe playing for the Elitserien's Mora IK.

When Mossa's contract with the Senators expired, he went onto Atlanta Thrashers. After two seasons with the team, he was acquired by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2008.

With the reported five-year contract with the Penguins, he opted to move to the Detroit Red Wings with hopes to win a Stanley Cup. A year later, Mossa decided to transfer to the Chicago Blackhawks. He led the team in winning the prestigious Stanley Cup in 2010 and 2013.

Marian Hossa was born on January 12, 1979 in Stará Ľubovňa, Czechoslovakia. In 2010, he tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Jana Ferova and has two daughters.
