Jeff Carter is a Canadian professional ice hockey player which has an estimated net worth of $5 million.

Jeff Carter's career started when he played for minor hockey in London, Ontario. He also participated in bantam hockey with Ontario Minor Hockey Association's AAA Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs.

He was selected by the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds during the 2001 OHL Priority Selection. Carter was assigned to play for the Philadelphia Phantoms just in time for the 2005 Calder Cup playoff season. During his stint with the Greyhounds, he recorded 74 points.

He returned to the Phantoms after the Greyhounds was eliminated during the 2005 OHL playoffs. Then, Carter transferred to Philadelphia Flyers in 2008. After three years with the team, he was traded to Columbus Blue Jackets.

From his stint the the Blue Jackets which he started the season with an injury, Carter was traded for the second time, this time for the Los Angeles Kings in 2012. He led the Kings in winning the Stanley Cup in 2012 and 2014.

Jeff Carter was born on January 1, 1985 in London, Ontario, Canada. He is married to his longtime girlfriend, Megan on July 12, 2014.
