Alex Steen is a Swedish-Canadian professional ice hockey player which has an estimated net worth of $4.2 million.

Alex Steen began playing in the ice when he joined the Frolunda HC squad in 1999. While with the team, he was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs as the 1st round 24th overall pick in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.

He left Frolunda HC in 2004 and moved to the Modo Hockey in 2004-2005 season. Steen named NHL First Star of the Month in October 2013 for his performance in the league with 11 goals and 16 points. He was nominated for the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy in April 2014.
