Philip Douglas Jackson professionally known as Phil Jackson is a former American professional basketball coach and a player. In the history of NBA – National Basketball Association, Jackson is considered to be the greatest coach so far. He has a net worth of $45 million, which has been earned from his career as a coach and a player. Between 1989 and 1998, he was the head coach of Chicago Bulls. The team won six NBA titles. Between 2000 and 2010, Phil coached Los Angeles Lakers and helped them win five NBA titles.

Phil is an author as well. He has written a book called “Sacred Hoops”, which documents Native American spiritual practices. As an author, he has published several other books too. All his books talks about his team and the strategies to keep the team together and work as one. He was awarded the “Roughrider Award” by the state of North Dakota. Jackson has also been included into the “Basketball Hall of Fame”. He was included in 2007.
